We're hiring: Dental Assistant for Harbor City/Torrance office

Registered Dental Assistant | South Bay

Our office is a modern, boutique, doctor-owned practice focused on cosmetic, restorative, biomimetic dentistry, Invisalign, and advanced digital dentistry.

We’re looking for an experienced, proactive RDA who is confident chairside, highly organized, and ready to take ownership of the clinical side of the practice.

What You'll Do

• Provide excellent chairside assistance for cosmetic, restorative, and comprehensive dentistry
• Anticipate the doctor’s needs and keep procedures running efficiently
• Assist with crowns, veneers, Invisalign, same-day dentistry, and CAD/CAM
• Manage digital scans, photos, radiographs, and lab cases
• Maintain exceptional sterilization and clinical protocols
• Keep operatories and clinical areas organized and fully stocked
• Own clinical ordering and inventory management
• Help train and support other clinical team members
• Identify problems and take initiative to improve systems and workflow
• Help create an exceptional patient experience

• Takes pride in doing things right

FastMill/CAD-CAM experience is a major plus. Experience with iTero, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, and same-day crowns is also a plus.
