Our dental office is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist to enhance our patient care services.

What We're Looking For

We seek a dedicated professional with solid technical foundations and strong interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to balance independent work with collaborative efforts.

Job Experience & Duties

• 2+ years of experience in a dental or medical front-office setting preferred
• Proficiency in Dentrix dental software
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Outgoing, empathetic and organized with a 'proactive' mindset
• Strong understanding of dental terminology and pocedures
• You are confident guiding patients to move forward with care
