We are opening soon! We are an upcoming premier oral and maxillofacial surgery practice preparing to open in Montvale, NJ. Our office is being designed as a state-of-the-art, high-end surgical facility focused on delivering exceptional patient care in a professional, compassionate, and efficient environment. As we launch and grow, we are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our front office team and play a key role in building a strong operational foundation from day one. Position Overview: This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting and is passionate about patient care. We are looking for a proactive and adaptable team member who is excited to be part of the early stages of a growing practice. In addition to front desk responsibilities, this position will support pre-opening operations, basic marketing initiatives, and office setup tasks leading up to and during our launch. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patientsâcreating a seamless, welcoming, and professional experienceâwhile also contributing behind the scenes to help establish efficient systems and workflows. Key Responsibilities: Assist with pre-opening activities, including office organization and setup Provide comprehensive support to the doctors across administrative, clinical, and operational needs to ensure efficient and seamless patient care Support local marketing efforts (community outreach, referral relationship development, and basic marketing tasks) Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth Answer phones and manage appointment scheduling Verify insurance benefits and assist with treatment coordination Maintain accurate patient records using practice management software Support the clinical team with administrative and operational needs Help ensure smooth daily office flow and clear patient communication Qualifications: Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Prior experience in an oral surgery or dental specialty practice preferred Growth Opportunity: This position offers the potential to transition into a full-time role as the practice continues to grow.
