We are looking for a front desk at a new dental office. Your role is to answer calls and receive patients in a pleasant attitude ensuring a warm work environment. Front desk duties and responsibilities include scheduling patients’ appointments, verify eligibility, making office supplies arrangements, welcoming patients. Previous experience as a dental receptionist, have experience with Dentrix software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases) a plus. Responsibilities · Serve as the point person for receptionist duties including: Answering phone, use Dentrix, welcoming patients. · Schedule patients’ appointments. · Verify patients’ eligibility with insurance. Skills · Proficiency in Dentrix and MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular). · Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers). · Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. · Attention to detail and problem solving skills. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
