Our growing dental practice is looking for a motivated, reliable, and friendly individual to join our team. Position Overview: As a Front Desk, you’ll play a key role in both office operations and patient care. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, have excellent communication skills, and be passionate about helping others. Responsibilities: Front Desk: Greet patients warmly and professionally Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Manage patient intake, including updating records and processing insurance information Maintain patient files, both physical and electronic Process payments and handle billing inquiries Assist with office inventory and supplies Qualifications: Previous experience in a dental office is a MUST. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills; familiarity with Eagle Soft is a plus Knowledge of dental terminology Why Join Us?
