Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures and help ensure a smooth patient experience in a fun environment for children. Duties - Prepare patients for dental work - Sterilize and organize dental instruments - Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs - Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral healthcare - X-ray certification or ability to obtain in 90 days - Maintain accurate patient records - Coronal Polishing Certification or ability to obtain in 90 days - Sealants Qualifications - Prior experience in dental assisting - Knowledge of dental imaging techniques - Familiarity with medical terminology, coding, and documentation - Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred Join our team to contribute to providing exceptional dental care Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 – 36.0 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
