As an Endodontist, you will specialize in diagnosing and treating complex root canal issues and other dental pulp conditions, ensuring optimal oral health and patient comfort. Duties Perform root canal therapy, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution using state-of-the-art equipment and techniques Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history review, dental examinations, and diagnostic imaging such as medical imaging and dental radiographs Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patient needs, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and state healthcare guidelines Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to coordinate patient care, including referrals for procedures like dental implants, oral surgery, or prosthodontics when necessary Maintain accurate medical documentation and dental records using practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during procedures Educate patients on their diagnoses, treatment options, post-procedure care, and preventive measures to promote long-term oral health Requirements Valid state license to practice dentistry with specialization in Endodontics Proven experience in endodontic procedures including root canal therapy, dental diagnosis, and infection control practices Proficiency with dental office management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and healthcare diagnosis processes Ability to perform advanced procedures like dental extractions, root canal therapy, dental implants, oral surgery, orthodontics consultation, pediatric dentistry considerations, and prosthodontics support Skilled in four-handed dentistry techniques for efficient patient care delivery Excellent client communication skills with a focus on compassionate patient care and client education Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and adherence to all relevant healthcare regulations Familiarity with medical imaging technology and dental fabrication processes is a plus Join our team to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives by providing expert endodontic care within a supportive and innovative environment.
