Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Part-Time Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and have a strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology. This role involves working closely with patients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction while delivering a range of dental services. The hours are Thursday and Friday 8:30-5pm. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning while delivering individualized, patient-centered care. Perform a broad range of general dentistry procedures, including restorative dentistry, fillings, crowns, bridges, prosthodontics, and dental extractions. Experience and comfort with oral surgery, endodontics, and implant dentistry are highly preferred. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and the front office team to ensure coordinated, efficient patient care and an exceptional patient experience. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. Strong clinical judgment, communication skills and excellent treatment planning skills, with the ability to develop comprehensive, patient-centered treatment plans. Comfortable with surgical procedures, including extractions, and experience with endo and implant dentistry is highly desirable. Proficiency in using Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar dental software is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
