Our busy, fun, and growing Pediatric Dental Office is looking for a Part-Time Float Team Member to join our crew! This is not a “sit quietly at a desk and wait for the day to end” kind of job. We’re looking for someone who brings the energy, supports their teammates, and is ready to jump in and help wherever needed! Schedule Monday–Thursday: 1:00 PM–6:00 PM Every Saturday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM School Holidays: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM What does a Float do? As a Float Team Member, you’ll help keep our office running smoothly by setting up patients, preparing and turning over rooms, running sterilization, cleaning and stocking rooms, and jumping in wherever needed throughout the office. This role is perfect for someone who likes to stay busy, can switch gears quickly, takes initiative, and doesn’t have a “that’s not my job” mentality. If you see something that needs to be done, you jump in and help! Experience? Helpful. Required? Nope! We are willing to train the right person, even if you have no dental experience. But let's be clear: Energy and teamwork are NON-NEGOTIABLE. We can teach you systems. We can teach you dental. We can teach you the job.
