Our dental office is looking for an upbeat, enthusiastic person to be the “face of the practice” at our front desk. Responsibilities: Offer a warm greeting to every person who enters the practice File dental insurance claims on behalf of patients Contact insurance companies to coordinate benefits Cheerfully answer phone calls and schedule patient appointments Confidently interact with patients to discuss payments, financial arrangements, and treatment plans Work collaboratively and enthusiastically on implementing office systems ​ Qualifications: 1 year of hospitality, patient and/or customer service experience, be willing to learn new things, have a perpetual smile, a contagious “can-do” attitude and be flexible, open and honest. Previous experience in dentistry (dental assisting, administrative team, etc.) preferred High comfort level with numbers/accounting Friendly and welcoming Efficient and self-guided Strong organizational skills Excellent verbal communications skills Weekly hours are CONSISTENT .
