Cross-trained Dental Assistant and Front Desk Receptionist - Positive Family Dental - Grand Ledge, MI

Want to make a positive impact on people's lives while working with a close team? We are seeking a dental assistant/front desk team member for Mon/Tues(8am-5pm) and Wed/Thurs(7am-2pm). Previous experience not required. Key qualities are an eagerness to learn new skills, working hard as a team, and providing great customer service to our patients. Must be computer literate and open to learning dental assistant and front desk workflows. Responsibilities: · Chairside assisting for the doctor · Check patients in and out · Take x-rays and intraoral photographs (x-ray certification desired or obtain upon hire) · Instrument and room disinfecting and sterilization · Maintain room supply levels · Appointment scheduling · Answering phone calls and patient questions · Assisting patients with financial questions · Verifying dental insurance and benefits · Entering payments into our dental software and following up on statements About us: Positive Family Dental is a fast-paced, two doctor, family dental practice in Grand Ledge.
