Dental Assistant | Creekside Family Dental We’re growing our team at Creekside Family Dental in Hartland, and we’re looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who wants to find a practice they can really be part of. Experience is important for this position. We’re looking for someone who has worked chairside in a dental office and is comfortable assisting with general dentistry, oral surgery, and endodontics. You must also be X-ray certified. We’re happy to teach you how we do things, but we do need someone who already understands the flow of a dental office and can confidently jump into the clinical side of the job. Just as important to us is finding the right personality for our team. Creekside is a busy, growing private practice, and we genuinely work together. Good communication matters here. Helping each other matters. Being able to laugh during a busy day definitely helps too. We’re intentional about keeping our office positive and as drama-free as possible. We’re looking for someone who wants to contribute to that environment and help us grow, not take away from it. Our assistants work closely with our doctors and play a huge role in the patient experience. We want our patients to feel comfortable, cared for, and like they’re being treated by people who actually know them. We’re not a corporate office, and we don’t want to feel like one. We use Dentrix Ascend, so experience with it is a plus, but not required. Our schedule: Monday: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM Tuesday: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM We start each day with a 30-minute morning huddle before patient care begins. It gives us a chance to get on the same page, talk through the day, and make sure the team is set up for success before our first patient walks through the door. Pay is $20–$25/hour depending on experience.
