Our growing practice in Centerton is expanding patient care availability, and we’re looking to add a valued team member to help us serve our community. We are seeking a skilled and personable Dental Assistant who will help make our office more efficient and welcoming for patients. The ideal candidate will provide excellent chairside assistance, ensure patient comfort, and support both administrative and clinical tasks. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome patients to the dental office Prepare patients for treatment or checkups, ensuring their comfort Select, set up, and sterilize instruments, equipment, and materials Assist the dentist with 4-handed dentistry Perform lab tasks as instructed Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions Maintain clean, well-stocked operatories Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a dental assistant (minimum 1 year required) Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods Understanding of health & safety regulations Strong computer, communication, and interpersonal skills Well-organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Bilingual skills a plus High school diploma or equivalent (required) Dental experience: 1 year (Required) Job Type: Full time or part time Pay: Based on experience Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Work Location: In person
