Schedule M-W 8-5pm Th 8-2pm F We are usually closed Fridays, however if we open a Friday it will be from 8-12:30pm Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Digital Scanners and X-rays Beautiful Operatories Private Practice We're hiring a Dental Assistant I or DA II to help support our team of dedicated dental professionals. The right candidate will have a great work ethic, personality and able to learn and adapt quickly. Candidate should be coachable and be a great team player. We are willing to train the right candidate that is eager to learn and grow. Must be able to take accountability, exhibit a willingness to improve and be cross trained with front desk. Responsibilities: Perform xrays, assisting doctor and hygiene, maintaining notes Follow infection control procedures and sterilization techniques in dentistry. Communicate with patients and their families, providing comfort and information as appropriate. Maintain patient records, dental instruments and equipment. Excellent communicator and personal skills Being productive and helping keep the office tidy Getting operatories ready The ideal candidate will also possess the following for consideration: Positive upbeat personality Capable of establishing Excellent Rapport with Patients Is a team player and works well with others Communicates effectively, works well, and gets along with the doctor.
