What We're Looking For You must have: Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license At least 2 years of dental assisting experience Strong chairside assisting skills Excellent communication and patient-care skills Dependability and a strong work ethic Ability to stay organized and productive in a busy clinical environment A team-first attitude and willingness to step in and help wherever needed Specialty Experience Will Get Our Attention Our practice includes Endodontics, Periodontics, and Oral Surgery , so previous specialty experience is a major plus. We are especially interested in candidates with experience in: Endodontics Periodontics Oral Surgery Dental implants and implant procedures Dentrix Don't have experience in every specialty? That's OK. If you're a strong, experienced RDA with excellent fundamentals and the desire to learn specialty dentistry, we still want to hear from you. The Schedule This is a FULL-TIME, MONDAY–FRIDAY position. NO WEEKENDS. Our provider schedules vary, so you must be available for shifts scheduled as early as 7:00 AM and as late as 5:00 PM. If you have limited availability within those hours, this probably isn't the right position for you.
