Overview We are a well-established general and prosthodontic practice looking for an experienced, dependable, and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. Our practice provides comprehensive prosthodontic and restorative care, including filling, implants, crowns and bridges, dentures, complex restorative cases, and surgical procedures. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys learning, and understands the importance of creating an exceptional experience for every patient. Responsibilities Include: Chairside assisting during prosthodontic, restorative, implant, and surgical procedures Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are ready Taking digital X-rays and clinical photographs Assisting with digital scans and impressions Managing and tracking laboratory cases Sterilization and infection-control procedures Maintaining clean, organized, and fully stocked operatories Reviewing upcoming cases to ensure lab work, implant components, and supplies are ready Accurately documenting treatment and clinical information Providing excellent patient care and helping patients feel comfortable throughout treatment Working closely with the doctor, front office, and clin Qualifications: Current California RDA license Current CPR/BLS certification Dental X-ray certification and other required California RDA certifications Prosthodontic and general dentistry a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Dependable, punctual, and professional Comfortable working with detailed and complex dental cases Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellent patient care What Weâre Looking For We are looking for more than someone who can simply assist chairside.
