Associate Dentist, New Grads Welcome Mentorship, autonomy, and real clinical growth. ValhallaCare is hiring an Associate Dentist for a growing dental practice. We are open to experienced doctors, but this role is especially well suited for a motivated new or recent grad who wants to become a stronger, faster, more confident clinician without being left to figure everything out alone. You will have support as you grow in diagnosis, treatment planning, patient communication, clinical efficiency, case selection, and procedure mix. What makes this different Many associate roles either throw new doctors into the deep end or keep them doing the same basic procedures indefinitely. We are building a different environment. You will have support with: Clinical mentorship and case review Diagnosis and treatment planning Patient communication and case acceptance Efficient restorative workflows Same-day dentistry where appropriate Endo, extractions, removable, pediatric, sedation, and implant exposure depending on interest, competency, and location Clinical systems and templates that reduce guesswork A team focused on growth, ownership, and patient care What you'll do Diagnose and treatment plan comprehensive dental care Perform general restorative dentistry Build trust with patients through clear communication Work closely with the clinical team to keep care efficient and organized Document thoroughly and follow clinical systems Expand your procedure mix as your competency grows Who we're looking for DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active or pending state dental license New grads welcome Coachable and comfortable receiving feedback Strong communicator with patients and teammates Clinically curious and motivated to improve Wants to build speed without sacrificing quality Takes ownership of patient experience and outcomes Interested in growing beyond basic bread-and-butter dentistry Your growth path This role is designed for a doctor who wants to keep progressing.
