We are looking for a dedicated, dependable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team! Key Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Take high-quality digital dental radiographs (X-rays) Prepare, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms according to OSHA and infection control standards Perform expanded functions permitted under California RDA licensure Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and treatment plans with clarity and empathy Maintain accurate patient records in our practice management software Qualifications & Requirements Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license Active Radiation Safety Certification Current Coronal Polish and Pit & Fissure Sealant certifications preferred Active CPR/BLS certification Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude Knowledge of Eaglesoft (or similar practice management software) is a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly wage (commensurate with experience) Supportive work culture and stable scheduling Opportunities for professional growth Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
