Our Minneapolis location is getting ready to open, and we’re looking for an experienced, motivated Dental Assistant who is excited to be part of a new practice from the very beginning. What You’ll Do Assist our surgical team chairside during life-changing implant surgeries Prepare surgical rooms, instruments, and technology for same-day full-arch treatments Provide patients with comfort and support before, during, and after procedures Take and process CBCT scans, digital X-rays, and intraoral photos Maintain strict sterilization and infection-control protocols Manage and track surgical supplies and inventory Support the daily clinical workflow of a brand-new practice Collaborate with doctors and team members to provide an exceptional patient experience What We’re Looking For 2+ years of dental assisting experience required Surgical and implant experience strongly preferred Radiology certification required Experience with surgical instrumentation and sterile technique Familiarity with Open Dental is a plus Positive, dependable, and a true team player Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Passionate about patient care and making a meaningful difference Why Join Smile Now Minneapolis?
