A dental assistant's role is critical in ensuring patient comfort and aiding in the delivery of high-quality dental care. Dental assistant duties include helping the dentist during treatment procedures, setting up and cleaning rooms and work areas, taking x-rays and intra-oral pictures, maintaining patient records, sterilizing instruments, and ordering dental supplies.
