InterDental Santa Monica is looking for a registered dental hygienist 2 to 3 days weekly. The goal of the registered dental hygienist is to improve the well being of all patients and educate each individual on the importance of oral care and the value added to dental services. Duties include : Clean calcified deposits (calculus), plaque, and stain supra & subgingivally Oral cancer exam. Perio Chart, existing restoration chart. Update/review patients' medical history in accordance withtheir dental needs. Educate and Provide homecare instructions to all patients. Sharpen instruments, take X-rays, setup room. Requirements : Must be certified as a current Registered Dental Hygienist Minimum of 6 months experience working in a dental office Job Type: Part-time Pay: $65.00 - $100.00 per hour Work Location: In person
