Dental Assistant / RDA â Join Our Dental Family! Location: Almaden Valley, San Jose, CA Schedule: 4â5 days per week Position: Dental Assistant / Registered Dental Assistant (DA/RDA) We are a well-established, patient-focused dental practice in Almaden Valley looking for a warm, motivated, and dependable Dental Assistant/RDA to join our team. We are a single-doctor private practice with 1â2 hygienists working each day. Our philosophy is simple: we treat our patients like family. What Weâre Looking For We want a team member who: Truly enjoys working with and connecting with patients Is friendly, compassionate, and able to make patients feel comfortable Takes pride in providing an excellent patient experience Is hardworking, dependable, and takes initiative Is a strong team player who is willing to help wherever needed Communicates well with both patients and coworkers Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to stay productive throughout the day Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn Understands the importance of maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment Can work well in a smaller private-practice setting where teamwork and flexibility are important Responsibilities Chairside assisting for the doctor Preparing treatment rooms and instruments Sterilization and infection control Taking dental X-rays and intraoral images Assisting with procedures and patient flow Updating patient records and clinical documentation Providing excellent patient communication and support Maintaining a clean and organized operatory Helping with lab cases and other clinical tasks Supporting the team with daily office needs Our Practice We are a single-doctor practice with a close-knit team .
