Patient Care Coordinator - Pediatric Dental Office - Westside Pediatric Dentistry - Cincinnati, OH
Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Westside Pediatric Dentistry

We care for the child â not just the smile. At Montgomery Pediatric Dentistry, the experience a family has with us begins long before they sit in the dental chair. It begins with the person who answers the phone when a parent has a question. The friendly face who greets a nervous child walking through the door. The person who remembers that behind every appointment on the schedule is a family trusting us with someone incredibly important to them. We're looking for an experienced Patient Care Coordinator who understands that the front desk isn't simply where patients check in â it's where relationships begin. About Montgomery Pediatric Dentistry Montgomery Pediatric Dentistry is an established pediatric dental practice serving children and families throughout the Greater Cincinnati area. We've built a practice centered around creating a welcoming dental home where children feel comfortable, parents feel heard, and families receive exceptional care from people who genuinely enjoy what they do. We're busy. We're energetic. We work hard. And because we care for children, no two days are exactly alike. We're looking for someone who wants to become an important part of that. What You'll Do As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll help keep our days running smoothly while creating a positive experience for every family who walks through our doors. Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming patients and families with warmth and professionalism Answering incoming calls and assisting parents with questions Scheduling and confirming patient appointments Checking patients in and out Maintaining accurate patient information Communicating with families regarding appointments, treatment, insurance, and financial information Collecting and processing patient payments Helping manage the daily patient schedule and flow Communicating closely with our clinical team Supporting your teammates wherever needed throughout the day Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who already understands the dental front office and is ready to bring that experience to a team that values both excellent patient care and a positive work environment. A minimum of 3 years of dental front-office experience is prefered. Beyond experience, we're looking for someone who is: Warm and personable â especially with children and parents Dependable â your team can count on you Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities Confident on the phone and an excellent communicator Calm under pressure when the schedule gets busy Detail-oriented and committed to following through Positive and team-minded Comfortable receiving feedback, learning, and growing Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people Most importantly, we're looking for the right person for our team and our families. The standard stuff, because it matters too: We take care of our team the same way we strive to take care of our patients. That means offering medical, dental, and vision insurance (with the practice contributing toward your medical premium), a 401(k), voluntary accident, critical illness, and short-term disability coverage, paid time off, and paid holidays. If you're looking for more than just your next job, you'll also find opportunities to continue growing your career with us. Why Montgomery? This isn't a brand-new office trying to figure out who it wants to be. Montgomery Pediatric Dentistry is an established practice with a team, patient community, and culture already in place. We're looking for someone who wants to become part of it â someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a team, and understands how much the little things matter when you're caring for children. If you're looking for a position where you can build relationships with families, be trusted with meaningful responsibilities, and work alongside people who care deeply about the experience we provide, we'd love to hear from you.
