Registered Dental Hygienist - Redhawk Family Dentistry - Temecula, CA

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to work 1-2 days per week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, performing dental hygiene procedures, and assisting in the overall efficiency of the dental practice. Duties Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal therapy. Conduct medical imaging and assist with the interpretation of radiographs. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation review for each patient visit. Assist dentists during procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques. Monitor and record vital signs as part of patient assessments. Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices and preventive care. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction. Stay updated on current dental practices, technologies, and systems. Requirements Valid RDH license in the state of CA Knowledge of dental anatomy and procedures. Experience in dental assisting is preferred Proficiency in medical imaging techniques and documentation systems. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to provide compassionate patient care and build rapport with patients. Willingness to stay current with continuing education requirements.
