WE’RE LOOKING FOR A DENTAL ASSISTANT WHO CARES SmileHaus-Hilliard is looking for a Dental Assistant to join us as we build something special from the ground up. We’re going to be honest-- experience is great, but it isn’t everything. We can teach dental skills. We can train you on our systems. We can show you how we do things. What we can’t teach is work ethic, accountability, pride in your work, and genuinely caring about people. We’re looking for someone who: Holds themselves to a high standard. Takes ownership of their work and doesn’t need to be constantly told what needs to be done. Cares about doing things the right way, not just the easy way. Makes patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for. Is dependable, hardworking, and willing to put in the effort. Treats their teammates with respect and contributes to a positive culture. Is willing to learn, grow, and be coached. Notices the little things and understands that they matter. Wants to make a difference in the experience our patients have. Wants to be part of building something, not simply filling a position. Dental assisting experience is preferred, but we are absolutely willing to train the right person. What matters most to us is who you are, how you work, and how you treat people.
