Job Overview We're looking for an energetic, highly organized, personable individual to join a growing three-location specialty dental practice. This position will begin primarily in front-office operations, but there is significant opportunity for the right person to grow into a leadership and practice-management role.. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, check them in and out efficiently, and manage appointment scheduling using electronic health record (EHR) systems. Collect patient information accurately, verify insurance coverage, and update medical records accordingly. Process insurance claims Follow up on unpaid claims and coordinate with insurance companies for claim denials or discrepancies to ensure timely reimbursement. Maintain detailed medical records, ensuring all documentation complies with privacy regulations and organizational standards. Manage billing procedures including patient invoicing, payment posting, and financial record keeping. Prior experience preferred but not required.
