SUMMARY OF KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The Five Rivers Health Centers Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary (EFDA) supports the mission and vision of the organization by providing direct restorative care to children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients by following establish general and specialty dentistry standards - including endodontics, pediatric dentistry, periodontics and oral surgery. EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION High School diploma or equivalent. (Required) Completion of an accredited Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary Program (Required) 2+ years of experience in a dental office. (Preferred) Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. LICENSE A current Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary license in the State of Ohio. (Required) Radiographer with a valid Ohio Radiologic License. (Required) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
