We're looking for someone who understands that. Smiles by Hazen is a privately owned, wellness-focused dental practice in Mount Dora. We're selectively adding to our team and are interested in meeting an exceptional Patient Care Coordinator who is warm, organized, confident and excellent with people. What This Role Is Really About Yes, you'll answer phones and schedule appointments. But the real job is helping people. Patients may be nervous. They may not understand their insurance. They may be concerned about treatment or cost. Sometimes they simply need someone who will listen, communicate clearly and help them figure out what happens next. We want patients to feel from their first interaction that they've found an office that genuinely cares about them.
