Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Gautier, MS
Overview We are seeking a skilled part time Dental Assistant to join our team as a PRN with 1 year or more experience. The ideal candidate should have a passion for dental care and assisting in providing top-notch patient experiences. Responsibilities - Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures - Prepare patients for dental work - Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment - Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures - Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays) - Manage patient records and documentation accurately Skills - Proficiency in prosthodontics and general dentistry - Experience with four-handed dentistry techniques - Knowledge of medical coding, Epic, Dentrix, and medical terminology - Familiarity with 3D scanners for dental imaging - Ability to handle medical documentation efficiently If you are a dedicated Dental Assistant with a strong work ethic and a commitment to patient care, we encourage you to apply.
