Klooster Family Dentistry is a privately owned, dentist-led general dental practice founded and operated by Dr. Klooster. We are not a corporate dental group or DSO. We are a growing local practice with a strong team culture, high standards, and a commitment to creating an exceptional experience for our patients and our team. We are looking for an experienced dental professional to join our Patient Experience Team at our beautiful, brand-new, state-of-the-art Holly Springs practice. **To be considered, you must have previous experience working in a general dental practice and a basic working knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, scheduling, and dental insurance.** This is NOT a traditional front desk or receptionist role. Our Patient Experience Team is the voice of our practice, the first impression for new patients, and a major driver of our growth. You will spend a significant amount of your day on the phone communicating with new and existing patients. We need someone who already understands dentistry but is also exceptionally good with people, someone who builds trust quickly, communicates confidently, and knows how to turn a conversation into a scheduled patient and a long-term relationship. We want patients to hang up the phone thinking: âWow. Iâm so glad I called this office.â What Youâll Do Be the warm, confident, professional voice patients hear first Answer incoming calls from new and existing patients Turn new patient inquiries into scheduled appointments Build rapport, identify what patients need, and confidently guide them toward the right next step Answer basic questions about dental procedures, appointment types, and insurance Communicate the value of our practice, not simply quote availability Make outbound calls to patients and help fill openings in the schedule Help maximize the schedule by identifying opportunities to get patients in sooner Create a genuine âWOWâ experience for every patient, every time Work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to keep the day running smoothly The Experience Weâre Looking For Our ideal candidate has worked in a busy general dental practice and already understands how a successful dental office operates. You should have a basic working knowledge of: General dental terminology and common procedures New patient exams, hygiene, restorative, and emergency appointments Dental scheduling and appointment flow PPO dental insurance basics Communicating treatment and appointment needs to patients The overall flow between the administrative and clinical sides of a dental practice Bonus: if you know how to use OpenDental and Dentalintelligence You do not need to know everything, we will train you on the KFD Way and how we approach patient communication and scheduling. No weekends. Our team also meets for a required 15-minute morning huddle at 7:45 AM each workday. This is a core part of how we prepare, communicate, and start the day together.
