Position Overview As a Dental Assistant at Bond Aesthetic, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience while supporting clinical procedures with efficiency and precision. This is a full-time position with strong growth potential in a fast-paced, modern cosmetic practice. Responsibilities Assist the doctor during a wide range of procedures (cosmetic, restorative, surgical) Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories to the highest standards Take digital X-rays and intraoral scans Fabricate temporaries and assist with smile makeover cases Ensure patient comfort throughout appointments (we prioritize a luxury experience) Maintain accurate patient records in OpenDental Educate patients on procedures and post-op care Manage clinical inventory and supplies Support seamless patient flow and schedule efficiency Qualifications Minimum 2+ years dental assisting experience (cosmetic experience preferred) Look for a candidate to work: MONDAY, TUESDAY, THURSDAY Experience with digital dentistry (scanners, 3D printing is a plus) Familiarity with OpenDental (preferred) Strong attention to detail and organization Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment What Sets You Apart Passion for cosmetic dentistry and smile transformations Aesthetic eye and attention to detail Desire to provide a luxury-level patient experience Professional, polished demeanor Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Performance-based incentives Paid time off Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding practice Work in a beautiful, modern, high-end office Why Join Bond Aesthetic?
