Our patient work week is Monday through Wednesday, 7:50 AM to 4:00 PM. Patient appointments end at 3:20, so you really will walk out the door at 4:00. Thursdays are 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM with no patient appointments: time to catch up, handle maintenance, and get the next week ready. No Fridays. Thursday afternoons and Fridays give you room for the appointments and errands that only happen during business hours. No more cramming in tasks at the end of a long day, keeping you late and missing dinner with your family. Straight talk about the hard part. The patient day runs straight through without a lunch break. It is fast, focused, and intense, and then you are done, out the door at 4:00 with your whole evening ahead of you. Some people love trading a lunch hour for a shorter day. If you need a midday hour long break, this is not a good fit, and we would rather you know that now. If you need to run to the break room for a snack, well, you are in good company. Pay and benefits. $27-$33 per hour based on experience and abilities. We prefer at least two years of experience, but the right person makes a real difference here, and that includes a new grad who left assisting school with these permits already in hand.
