Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Ashland, OR
Premier Care Dental is currently seeking an amazing full-time Dental Assistant in Ashland, OR! EFDA strongly preferred. Beautiful practice in the heart of Ashland that takes pride in not only serving the people of our community but changing lives. The ideal candidate must be engaging with patients, gets along well with others, is team-oriented and has previous experience as a EFDA. Willing to train the right fit. What we offer: Health and Wellness- medical, vision, and dental coverage Financial Stability- competitive compensation (based on experience), 401(k) + matching, monthly compensation perks Additional Benefits- PTO, employee discounts Duties/Responsibilities Welcome and greet patients Update and maintain patient records Take X-rays and intraoral photos of patients Schedule patient appointments Present treatment to patients Assist clinicians during dental procedures Sterilize instruments and clean rooms and ensure all infection control policies are being followed Prepare operatories for patient visits EFDA duties also include but not limited to: Coronal polish Fluoride application Temporary crown fabrications Topical anesthetic, etc. Education and Experience High School diploma or equivalent Basic knowledge of practice management software 2+ years in dental assisting is required If you'd like to be considered for this position, please reply with an updated resume.
