Experienced Dental Front Office Coordinator Location: Kissimmee, Florida Job Type: Full-Time Oral and Facial Surgery Center is looking for a friendly, organized, and experienced Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our Kissimmee team. This position is the first point of contact for our patients and requires confidence in scheduling, insurance verification, payment collection, and patient communication. Responsibilities Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist patients Greet patients and manage check-in and check-out Verify patient and insurance information Calculate benefits and collect co-pays and treatment payments Ensure required patient forms are completed Maintain accurate records and follow HIPAA requirements Coordinate with the clinical team Keep the front office organized Complete other assigned duties Requirements Previous dental front office experience is required Oral surgery experience is a plus Knowledge of insurance verification, co-pays, and treatment estimates Dental software experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and able to multitask Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Uniform allowance Oral and Facial Surgery Center is an equal opportunity employer.
