Associate Endodontist - Advanced Endodontics - Santa Rosa, CA

Family-owned, long-standing endodontic practice seeking an associate to join our team. The position available is anywhere from 1-3 days/week but we are flexible. We are a quality-focused office committed to providing exceptional patient care in a comfortable and efficient environment. Our practice emphasizes ergonomics, efficiency, and modern endodontic techniques. Our office is primarily fee-for-service and participates with only two insurance plans, allowing us to focus on comprehensive care and strong patient relationships rather than high-volume production. The practice is fully equipped with cutting-edge technology, including CBCT imaging, GentleWave®, Waterlase® laser, surgical microscopes, and assistant-side microscopes. We utilize TDO software for streamlined and efficient documentation. Our assistants are highly trained to work in tandem with the doctor to help ensure efficiency, safety, and a smooth clinical workflow. We also have a satellite office in Ukiah, and the associate would be expected to work there approximately twice per month.
