Experienced Associate Dentist â Part-Time (2 Days/Week + Opportunity for Additional Days) We are an established dental practice looking for an experienced Associate Dentist to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, experienced dentist who is looking for a long-term position in a well-established practice without committing to a full-time schedule. The position will begin at 2 days per week , with the opportunity to add additional days based on mutual interest and practice needs. Compensation Percentage of collections Compensation structure designed to reward productivity and performance Opportunity to increase earnings as additional days are added Qualifications Minimum 7 years of clinical dental experience required Current and unrestricted dental license Strong general dentistry skills Confident in diagnosis and treatment planning Excellent patient communication and chairside manner Able to work independently while being part of a collaborative practice Reliable, professional, and interested in developing long-term relationships with patients Schedule 2 days per week to start Potential for additional days Specific days can be discussed based on availability What Weâre Looking For We are not simply looking for someone to fill a schedule.
