Experienced Associate Dentist - Comprehensive General Dentistry Galleria Dentistry | Naples, Florida Full-time | Four-day clinical schedule Galleria Dentistry is seeking an experienced associate dentist to become a long-term member of our comprehensive, privately owned, fee-for-service family practice in Naples, FL. Our founding dentist is retiring in December, creating an opportunity for the right associate to transition into an established patient base and meanigful patient flow. We are being intentional about finding a clinically capable dentist who wants to build a lasting professional home - not simply fill a temporary position. Our ideal associate enjoys comprehensive diagnosis, restorative dentistry, crown and bridge, emergencies and maintaining the complete patient relationship. Our owners increasingly focus on complex reconstruction, sedation and surgical care, so we need an associate who takes pride in owning the general dentistry side of the practice. The Clinical Role The associate will provide: Comprehensive examinations, diagnosis and treatment planning Direct restorative dentistry Crown and bridge Same-day digital dentistry Emergency care Endodontics when within the dentist's skillset Removable and implant-restorative dentistry as appropriate Clear treatment presentation and long-term patient care Molar endodontics is preferred, but we are also interested in candidates who bring another valuable, non-implant-related clinical strength that could expand the services available to our patients. What We're Looking For Active Florida dental license or ability to obtain one before starting At least three years of U.S. private-practice experience Strong restorative and crown-and-bridge skills Demonstrated comprehensive diagnosis and treatment-planning ability Excellent patient communication and case-presentation skills Sound clinical judgment, accountability and efficiency A collaborative, team-oriented approach Commitment to comprehensive general dentistry and a long-term associate position Experience with CEREC or another digital-dentistry workflow is preferred. Familiarity with Exocad or an interest in expanding digital capabilities is also welcome. This position is not designed for someone who views general dentistry primarily as a temporary path toward building an exclusively implant or surgical schedule. We want a dentist who values comprehensive care and wants to become an important part of the practice and its patient community. Practice Enviroment Our clinical capabilities include: CEREC same-day dentistry CBCT imaging Digital scanning and treatment planning Exocad 3D printing AI-assisted diagnostics In-house treatment coordination Sedation, implant and complex restorative care Experienced clinical and administrative support We provide thoughtful onboarding, clinical callibration and access to substantial continuing-education resources. Clinical skill matters, but so do communication, efficiency, ownership and the ability to earn patient trust. Compensation and Benefits Production-based compensation with earning potential up to approximately $350,000 annually 30% of adjusted production 90-day transition guarantee 401(k)/retirement plan Health-insurance conribution Contining-education allowance Onboarding and clinical-calibration support Access to multiple online education platforms Compensation is production-based, and total earning potential will vary based on each dentist's clinical skill set, effciency, scope of services and ability to build and maintain a productive schedule. The stated earning potential reflects what is achievable for a highly efficient clinician whose training and service offerings align well with the needs of the practice; it is not a guaranteed income level. Schedule and Timing The anticipated long-term schedule is four clinical days per week, likely with Thursdays off. We are targeting a start date within 30-60 days, ideally around November, but we can be flexible for the right candidate. Before our founding dentist retires in December, the initial schedule may be a flexible three-and-a-half days per week, allowing time for onboarding, patient introductions and a gradual increase in patient flow.
