Incentives & Pay Monthly bonus opportunities $750 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates Starting pay: $15–$17+ per hour , depending on experience Final compensation will be discussed following the interview and a complete review of the candidate’s experience, skills, background, and qualifications. About the Position As a Float Hygiene Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our hygienists and dental teams at both the Centennial and Simmons offices . You will help keep the hygiene schedules running efficiently while supporting excellent patient care, smooth patient transitions, and the overall flow of both offices. Candidates must be comfortable traveling between the two locations based on scheduling and coverage needs. Responsibilities May Include Preparing treatment rooms for hygiene appointments Assisting with patient care and comfort Sterilizing instruments and following infection-control standards Supporting charting and documentation as needed Assisting with scheduling flow and patient transitions Turning over rooms between patients Supporting hygienists and other team members throughout the day ✨ Maintaining clean, organized, and welcoming clinical areas Floating between the Centennial and Simmons offices as needed Entry-level candidates are welcome but must have dental experience! We are willing to train the right person.
