Why This Opportunity Is Different You’ll have full clinical autonomy , the latest technology, and a chance to join us as a part time or full time dentist! Full Time: 2-4+ days/wk. With our 3 local offices, we have plenty of opportunities available for you! Compensation Structure: Guaranteed Income While You Build: Starting a new practice or joining a growing patient base shouldn’t mean taking a financial risk. We provide a $1,000–$1,200 daily guarantee, based on experience , during your initial onboarding and credentialing period. This gives you the financial stability you need while you get established and build your patient base. Unlimited Earning Potential: Once your practice is established, your income isn’t capped by a fixed daily rate. You have the opportunity to earn 32–35% of your personal collections , putting your earning potential directly in your hands. The more you grow your practice, the more you can earn. Your Growth.
