Join Our Team & Be the First Smile Patients See! Child and Adult Orthodontics is looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team! Our reception team plays an important role in creating a positive experience for every patient and family who walks through our doors. You'll be the friendly face patients see when they arrive and the helpful voice they hear when they call. What You'll Do Welcome and greet patients and families with a friendly, professional attitude Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions Schedule and confirm appointments Check patients in and out Maintain accurate patient information and records Communicate with patients regarding appointments, treatment, and account information Collect payments and assist with patient accounts Coordinate with our clinical team to keep the schedule running smoothly Help maintain an organized, welcoming front office Assist with other administrative tasks as needed What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, positive, and enjoys helping people Professional and confident when speaking with patients An excellent communicator Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable answering phones and handling multiple tasks at once Dependable and takes pride in their work Comfortable using computers and learning new software A team player who is willing to help wherever needed Able to work in a busy environment while maintaining a positive attitude Previous dental or orthodontic experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person!
