Orthodontic Assistant – Full-Time Hashem Orthodontics Hashem Orthodontics is looking for a dependable and friendly Orthodontic Assistant to join our team. Experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train someone who is motivated, reliable, and ready to learn. Schedule Monday–Thursday: 8:15 a.m.–approximately 5:30 p.m. Friday: 8:15 a.m.–approximately 1:30 p.m. or 4:00 p.m. Must be available to work at both office locations Responsibilities Assist the orthodontist during patient visits Prepare and clean treatment areas Sterilize instruments Take X-rays, photos, and digital scans once trained Educate patients on braces, aligners, and oral care Keep accurate patient records Help maintain a clean and organized office Provide friendly and professional patient care Qualifications Orthodontic or dental experience is a plus but not required Dependable and punctual Willing to learn and accept feedback Friendly and comfortable working with patients Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable transportation to both locations We offer hands-on training, regular performance reviews, and opportunities for pay and career growth.
