Dr. Carralero Family Dental Center is seeking a dedicated and professional Certified Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. This role is essential in providing high-quality patient care and facilitating efficient clinical operations by assisting the dentist during various treatment procedures. Key Responsibilities: * Assisting the dentist during a comprehensive range of clinical and surgical procedures. * Capturing high-quality dental radiographs (x-rays). * Documenting patient medical histories and monitoring vital signs, including blood pressure and pulse. * Ensuring all instruments and clinical equipment are properly sterilized and prepared for use. * Providing thorough post-operative instructions and educating patients on effective oral hygiene techniques, including brushing, flossing, and nutritional counseling. * Taking accurate impressions for diagnostic study casts. * Supporting front-office operations, including patient scheduling, telephone correspondence, and billing processes. Qualifications: * Current certification as a Dental Assistant. * Strong commitment to patient comfort and clinical excellence. * Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
