Gil Orthodontics is opening in Dripping Springs, and we're looking for our first full time team member! Not just an employee. Not just someone to fill a schedule. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING As one of our first team members, no two days will look exactly the same. You'll help create an exceptional experience from the first phone call to the day a patient sees their new smile for the first time. In this role, you'll be the go-to person helping keep the patient journey and daily office flow running smoothly, from welcoming families and answering phones to scheduling, coordinating treatment, helping patients understand their financial and insurance information, following up when needed, and making sure every interaction feels organized, warm, and personal.
