Registered Dental Assistant | Spanish Speaking We are looking for a dependable and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our busy Mesquite dental office. This is a high-volume, fast-paced practice where teamwork, efficiency, and exceptional patient service are essential. We take pride in creating a five-star experience for every patient, and we are looking for an RDA who brings the same level of professionalism and hospitality to every interaction. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of general dental procedures Provide professional chairside support and anticipate the dentist’s needs Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Take digital X-rays and assist with clinical procedures Follow sterilization, infection control, OSHA, and office protocols Educate patients on treatment and help them feel comfortable throughout their visit Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients and families Work efficiently while managing a busy patient schedule Support the clinical team and contribute to a positive office environment Requirements Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required Bilingual English and Spanish required 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a high-volume dental practice Reliable, punctual, and professional Strong attention to detail Team player with a positive attitude Willingness to learn, take direction, and adapt to changing priorities The Right Fit We are looking for someone who understands that dentistry is about more than clinical care.
