In this dual-capability role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining smooth daily clinical flow, managing chairs efficiently and utilizing modern technology like 3D printing, while empowering patients to make informed decisions about their dental care. Key Responsibilities Clinical Excellence & Chairside Support: Efficiently assist across multiple chairs (running up to 2 chairs independently) with confidence, speed, and precision. Treatment Planning & Case Presentation: Lead clear, compassionate treatment plan discussions with patients, answering financial/procedural questions to help them proceed with care. Digital & Tech Workflow: Oversee and manage day-to-day 3D printer operations for dental models, appliances, or surgical guides. Patient Advocacy: Provide a warm, kind, and reassuring environment for patients throughout their visit. Team Collaboration: Maintain proactive communication with the dentist and clinical team to ensure seamless scheduling and patient flow. Qualifications & Skills Experience: Proven experience as a Chairside Dental Assistant with prior background in treatment planning/case presentation. Clinical Confidence: Ability to manage a multi-chair workflow independently with a strong sense of urgency and ownership. Tech-Savvy: Experience operating or willing to manage a 3D dental printer (training provided if familiar with digital workflows). Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills—kind, objective, clear, and reassuring when discussing treatment costs and procedures with patients. Work Ethic: Detail-oriented, reliable, proactive, and steady under pressure.
