Responsibilities: - Assist the dentist during dental procedures - Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment - Take and develop dental X-rays - Perform patient assessments and record medical history - Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures - Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care - Maintain a clean and organized dental operatory Experience: - Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant preferred - Experience working with pediatric patients - Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend or other dental practice management software - Knowledge of medical imaging techniques and equipment - Understanding of aseptic technique and infection control protocols - Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology - Familiarity with medical coding for dental procedures If you are a skilled Dental Assistant with experience in a fast-paced dental practice, we want to hear from you.
