Job Overview Lead Dental Assistant-High End Growing Practice Full - Time | Competitive Compensation + Bonus Incentive | Excellent Hours We are a High-end, growing dental practice looking for an experienced, mature, motivated Lead Dental Assistant to join our team. Our practice has experienced significant growth over the past year, including the addition of an associate dentist, and we are planning to bring on another associate in the near future. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be in an important part of that growth. This Is More Than a Traditional Dental Assistant Position Duties We are looking for someone with 5+ years of dental assisting experience who is confident, dependable, organized, professional, and capable of taking on a leadership role. As Lead Dental Assistant, you will be highly involved in the day-to-day clinical operations as well as helping the practice grow and transition as additional doctors join the team. You will have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility, help establish systems and protocols, and become an integral part of the practice.
