Must-Haves (No Exceptions): Minimum 5 YEARS of hands-on dental assisting experience in the U.S. Fluent in English – both spoken and written (We work fast. Clear communication matters.) Comfortable taking X-rays quickly and correctly Can confidently make provisional crowns Know your way around sealants and alginate impressions Heads up: Being a dentist in another country does NOT count.
