We’re looking for someone who: Enjoys building relationships with patients Takes pride in providing exceptional care Works well independently and as part of a teamIs organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Has a positive attitude and excellent chairside manner Wants to continue learning and growing professionally YOUR ROLE As an EFDA, you’ll work closely with our dentist and team to provide excellent patient care, including: Expanded functions and chairside assisting Taking diagnostic dental radiographs and intraoral photographs Patient education and pre/post-treatment instructions Accurate clinical charting and treatment documentation Maintaining sterilization and infection-control standards Keeping operatories clean, organized, and fully stocked Assisting with a variety of dental procedure REQUIREMENTS Current Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) License— Required Current Radiology License — RequiredCurrent CPR certification or ability to obtain prior to starting Dental assisting experience REQUIRED Excellent communication and patient-care skills FULL-TIME/ PART-TIME SCHEDULE Tuesday–Friday, with some Mondays worked in place of Fridays. This is a full-time/part-time position with a consistant or flexible schedule and a great opportunity to become an integral part of our private practice.
