Bell Creek Dentistry is a private dental practice in Mechanicsville, VA. Our practice is currently home to two doctors and two hygienists , and we are looking for a motivated, friendly Dental Assistant to join our team as we continue to grow. We are committed to providing excellent patient care in a modern, welcoming environment while building a positive and supportive team culture. Position Overview We are looking for a Dental Assistant who is dependable, personable, a leader and enjoys working as part of a team. The ideal candidate is comfortable assisting doctors chairside, providing a great patient experience, and helping keep the office running smoothly. Responsibilities include: Chairside assisting for restorative and general dental procedures Experience with specialty procedures such as root canals & implants is a plus! Taking dental radiographs Setting up/breaking down operatories, sterilization and instrument processing Maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment Providing friendly and professional patient care Assisting with other duties as needed to support the dental team Qualifications Previous dental assisting experience necessary Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Friendly and professional with patients and coworkers Strong communication skills, willingness to learn and grow What We Offer $20–$25/hour , based on experience and qualifications Monday–Thursday schedule 8:00 AM–4:00 PM No Fridays or weekends Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Supportive team environment with 2 doctors and 2 hygienists If you’re looking for a dental office where you can become an important part of our team while enjoying a consistent four-day schedule, we’d love to hear from you!
